Autumn has struck with a vengence over the last couple of days.  The temperature has dropped and the rain is pouring! 

Thankfully I work indoors and can peer through the window of the office next to the radiator!

Busy, busy, busy…

Things are busy at the moment, which is great!!

Just back from a great week long break in sunny St Andrews.  The weather was glorious, and proved me wrong about my previous post concerning the lack of summers in Scotland.

Workwise, websites for two clients are progressing nicely, and should be launching in September.

This is one of the main things that has puzzled me since moving to Scotland.  Most summers since I have lived here have lasted for at most 3 odd weeks of great weather!

We deserve more!!!  The West Coast of Scotland is a glorious place to live.  The people are friendly, the air is clean and fresh, and the countryside and the coast are fantastic..

It would be the complete package with a couple of weeks of sun and temperatures in the high 20’s!

Oh well, heres hoping for next year.

Finally the last section “our stuff” is complete!  Crack open a bottle of champagne as the site is now virtually complete, just a bit of coding to finish off on the gallery section.

I’m off to do some football training now, then a night in front of the TV watching anything that looks the slightest bit entertaining (except Big Brother!)

Well, thats the bulk of the website uploaded today, only the ‘our stuff’ section to go on, once all of our material is gathered together and the gallery coded.

Paid a visit to the Seniors Open Golf practice day this afternoon, and the weather was a scorcher, thank goodness for after-sun!

Fair weekend has finished, and the weather on the whole has been pretty good. Back to work today though, with the website redesign nearly complete.

Tomorrow is the the start of the Glasgow Fair weekend!  For those outside of the west coast of Scotland, this involves a long weekend of fun and frolics by the sea on the west coast. See you there!!
